What you’ll do 

As the link between the COO Operations Project Team and MAX Technical Services (MTS), you’ll work on developing new processes, process improvements, assist in project implementation, and review existing workflows to identify efficiencies.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Understand business processes and collaborate with SMEs on future capabilities.
  • Document requirements concisely for project teams.
  • Recommend process refinements and support change management.
  • Ensure consistent success through national processes.
  • Engage stakeholders to implement and maintain improvements.
  • Champion project changes and ensure alignment with rollout plans.
  • Prioritise tasks effectively and foster strong business relationships.
  • Focus on customer-driven, data-informed decisions.
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences and resolve issues efficiently.

What you’ll bring
