The Opportunity

Step into a Procurement Specialist role where your commercial judgement supports Procurement delivery across the business. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, support supplier performance, and contribute to initiatives that drive commercial value across Technology categories (hardware, software, cloud, telecommunications and licences).

What You’ll Do

Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you’ll support and progressively take ownership of procurement activity across the Technology portfolio. You will:

• Support the delivery of category plans and sourcing initiatives
• Lead end-to-end sourcing for lower complexity initiatives and support larger RFx processes
• Assist with supplier negotiations, contract management, and onboarding activities
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Technology and the broader business
• Contribute to commercial analysis, business cases, and savings/value tracking
• Support supplier performance tracking, reporting, scorecards and governance forums
• Identify opportunities to improve supplier outcomes and streamline procurement practices

What You’ll Bring

You’re collaborative, organised, and continuously building your procurement capability. You enjoy working across multiple priorities and turning data and insights into practical outcomes. Ideally, you’ll also possess:

• Exposure to sourcing, RFx processes, or contract management
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
• A structured approach to problem-solving and analysing data
• Exposure to Technology categories such as software, hardware, cloud or telecommunications (desirable)
• Familiarity with technology vendors, licensing models or services agreements (desirable)
• Comfort working with systems, data, and tools to support decision-making
