The Opportunity

Step into a role where your commercial judgement shapes how Technology delivers. You’ll join a high‑impact Procurement team at the centre of our transformation—partnering with leaders, lifting supplier performance and turning strategy into measurable value across the business.

What You’ll Do

Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you’ll shape and deliver category strategies across core Technology services—professional services, outsourced technology operations, cloud managed services, hardware, communications and more. You’ll take ownership of category architecture and sourcing roadmaps, embed strong supplier governance, and keep compliance and risk front of mind to drive sustained results. You'll also:

  • Lead category strategy and hierarchy to capture all addressable Technology spend
  • Drive sourcing roadmaps and competitive tenders with clear, fair evaluation
  • Create strong commercial positions and negotiate high‑impact agreements
  • Optimise supplier outcomes with scorecards, governance and joint improvement plans
  • Partner across business units to align priorities and embed clear ways of working
  • Report performance and value delivery, driving continuous S2P improvement and simplification

What You’ll Bring

You’re a confident operator who thrives on pace, clarity and impact. You connect strategy to delivery, simplify complex problems, and build trusted relationships. You bring proven capability across Technology categories, strong commercial acumen, and the systems know‑how to turn data into decisions.

  • Experienced in Technology categories: services, cloud, hardware and communications
  • Proven ability to negotiate complex contracts and manage regulatory risk
  • Strong stakeholder influence, coordinating priorities and supplier review forums
  • Ability to analyse data and create clear, actionable insights and reports
  • Experienced in supplier governance, KPIs, scorecards and continuous improvement
  • Strong systems skills across spreadsheets, procurement and enterprise platforms

What You’ll Get

In this role, you’ll gain unique exposure across the full Technology landscape, influence key commercial decisions, and play a pivotal part in how we shape our supplier ecosystem. We also know that when we belong, we thrive. That’s why we offer:

  • Time for moments that matter - from birthdays to cultural leave, flexible public holidays, and 5 days bonus leave
  • Ticketing to some of the country’s biggest racing and sports events
  • Access to our leading wellbeing app and programs to help you be your best
  • A range of corporate discounts and special offers with leading retailers
  • A diverse and inclusive culture where everyone belongs
