Your impact

As a Content Executive reporting to the Retail Operations and Capability Manager, you will bring ideas to life through dynamic, animated and interactive learning experiences. You work collaboratively with peers and stakeholders to create into engaging microlearning that inspires, informs and elevates performance across our retail network.

  • Create animated and interactive microlearning using Articulate 360,Canva Pro, and other content creation tools
  • Design visually engaging content aligned to clear scopes from training leads
  • Develop scalable learning materials that uplift operator capability and customer experience
  • Optimise and refresh existing content to maintain relevance and engagement
  • Support training sessions and demonstrations across the retail network
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to refine and enhance learning experiences

 

What you'll need to succeed

You are a creative thinker with a passion for design, storytelling and digital learning. You bring artistic flair, curiosity and a drive to create content that stands out. Whether you come from a learning background, design background or are a university student with strong creative skills, you bring the spark we are looking for.

  • Strong creative capability in digital design, animation or visual storytelling
  • Proven ability to create engaging content using tools like Articulate 360 and Canva Pro
  • Experienced in developing interactive learning or digital media content
  • Ability to translate clear scopes into polished, high-impact microlearning
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment
