Your impact

Reporting to the Head of MAX Technical Services, you will lead a large national scheduling function, guiding teams across multiple states while driving system adoption and operational excellence.

  • Lead and manage a national scheduling function across planned and reactive work.
  • Drive workforce planning to optimise technician deployment and service delivery.
  • Oversee a large team across multiple locations.
  • Guide the adoption of a new scheduling system and shape future processes.
  • Optimise scheduling accuracy, responsiveness and labour utilisation.
  • Partner with leaders to forecast demand and support national operations.

What you'll need to succeed

You bring calm confidence, strong people leadership, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while supporting teams spread across the country.

  • Experienced in managing large, geographically distributed teams.
  • Proven ability to oversee complex scheduling operations with significant scale.
  • Strong relationship builder who creates trust with teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and make clear decisions.
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly and drive system adoption.
  • Industry background in scheduling or a related field is valuable.
