Your role in action

As a Field Technician, you’ll report to the Technical Services Manager and play a key role in ensuring our venues operate at their best. Your work will directly influence customer satisfaction and the integrity of our services.

  • Service, maintain and install gaming equipment across venues, clubs and pubs
  • Conduct preventative maintenance checks to reduce downtime and disruptions
  • Prioritise and manage schedules to deliver outstanding customer outcomes
  • Keep accurate records to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Build strong relationships with venue staff through reliable service delivery

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experienced in working with or learning electronic equipment through work or hobbies
  • Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service with clear communication
  • Strong integrity, respect, and a proactive can-do attitude
  • Ability to adapt to varied schedules including weekends and evenings
  • Willingness to obtain and maintain required licences and certifications
